This Heston Blumenthal 4K striking on the inside and outside. The 4K is a solid machine constructed from die-cast aluminium and thick gauge metal. The oven’s outer body is complete with touch glass display and it is completely versatile. It can be used for smoking, roasting, direct grilling and even high heat baking, all of which will provide even cooking throughout.

Working closely with designers and engineers, 3-Michelin-star chef Heston Blumenthal embarked on a mission to create the perfect modern barbecue range. By combining the latest technology and design aesthetics, with ease of use and attention to detail, he created a range of kit that will transform your outdoor cooking. From quick-starting charcoal to the convenience of gas and knives and tools that can handle hard work — each piece has been designed from the ground up and will change the way you think about barbecued food, forever.

Care Instructions

  • Ensure product is off and cool before handling
  • Clean painted surface with household detergents and clean cloth
  • Harsh chemicals and abrasives will dull the paint and remove product decals
  • Season grill before and after use with vegetable/canola oil
  • Clean the firebox with warm soapy water and a brush
  • When not in use, can be stored outdoors but must be under cover
